Wat ga je doen?
As an Employee Sales Support at HilverdaFlorist, you and your colleagues will ensure that all our sales orders are processed correctly from A to Z. In doing so, you are a reliable partner for our customers all over the world, but also for your colleagues.
Your working day is varied. You enter sales orders, confirm them to your customers and handle customer queries. You do this mostly by e-mail, but you also phone your customers.
To provide your customers with the right information about their order, you have close contacts with the planning department, but also with our sales staff and international agents. You also have a lot of contact with the transport department to ensure the orders are dispatched properly. In addition, you arrange pro forma invoices for advance payments and import permits where applicable.
You report to the Manager Sales Support & Logistics.

Cultivation employee Gerberas
Full-time (32 hours is negotiable) – MBO – Dwarsweg 15, De Kwakel
What is your day going to look like?
Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the successful cultivation of Gerberas in part of our approximately 12,000m2 greenhouses. Not only will you work with young plant material, but you will also ensure that our show greenhouse is a gem to behold. You have a feeling for crop and climate and make sure that our Gerberas lack for nothing.

Your main duties are:
- Performing crop work;
- Assessing the crops and adjusting growth and flowering if necessary;
- Regulating the climate and watering;
- Spotting diseases and pests and deploying crop protection products for a healthy and stronger crop;
- Performing crop protection.
Also on weekends?
We work weekends on a rotating schedule. During a weekend shift, you check twice a day in the greenhouse how the crops are doing and you take care of watering, climate adjustments, etc. if necessary. These weekend shifts are generously compensated, far above CLA level. You will also participate in this rotation scheme, whereby you will be assigned about 4 times a year.

As Order Entry Administrator at HilverdaFlorist, you and your colleagues will ensure that all our sales orders are processed correctly from A to Z. In doing so, you are a reliable partner for our customers all over the world as well as for your colleagues.
Your working day is varied. You enter sales orders, confirm them to our customers and handle customer enquiries. You do this mostly by e-mail, but you also phone our customers. In addition, you will create export documents and book air and road freight for a number of customers and then conclude the order process with invoicing of the plants.

Technical Service Employee
Fulltime– MBO/HBO – Dwarsweg 15, De Kwakel
What are you going to do?
As a Technical Service Employee at HilverdaFlorist you are responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities. You independently resolve malfunctions and carry out (preventive) planned maintenance on production machines and equipment. You provide support for the execution of work by external technical companies and ensure that this is done properly.
