HilverdaFlorist Colombia is located in Subachoque-El Rosal, in the Andes Mountains at an altitude of 2.600 m. and just 30 km. northwest of Bogota the capital of Colombia with 10 million inhabitants. Thanks to its stable climate of year-round temperatures of 20-24 C during the day and 7-9 at night and the experienced staff, this is the perfect place for breeding, hardening and propagating young plants. These moderate climate conditions do allow very well to produce year-round high-quality plantmaterial.
Building on a history that began in 2008 with the propagation of plant material in Colombia, our activities have grown significantly since then. Under the new company name HilverdaFlorist Colombia, the cut flower assortment was further expanded to include, among others, Dianthus Sparkz®, the Gypsophila Zinzi®series, and Helleborus Magnificent Bells.
In addition, the company expanded its pot plant assortment, alongside Sunflor®Dianthus, to include Alstroemeria Inticancha®, Dianthus Beauties™, Echinacea MOOODZ®, and Helleborus through breeding and propagation.
