Creatio: Our New CRM System

For the past year, HilverdaFlorist has been working on the implementation of our new CRM system, Creatio. We chose this platform because it is practical, user-friendly, and highly versatile, supported by Webrixs as our reliable Dutch implementation partner.

 

Why is a CRM system important?

The choice for a high-performing CRM is closely related to our values: a commitment to continuous improvement. In the past, information was often spread across different places and as such, our main goal was to create one reliable place for all our data, that allows us to work efficiently, transparently and systematically.

The key goals of the CRM are:

  • Centralized Information: Creating a clear, complete overview of both internal and external stakeholders

  • Tracking and Efficiency: Keeping track of all sales tasks and seeing how well our online and offline marketing activities perform

  • Making Fact-Based Decisions: Using clear reports and dashboards to make choices based on data

  • Perfecting Orders: Making sure all customer details are 100% complete before we create orders in our

Progress and Next Steps:

Our sales team is now using the system in their daily work. It has become a source of information where everything comes together: sales history, leads, contact information, and event contacts. As we are still new to the system, the scope of how we use Creatio will continue to grow, particularly within our sales department.

Looking toward the future:

In the near future, we plan to continue developing our marketing module and create meaningful campaigns for our customers, clients and partners, directly from the system. Additionally, we want to create a clear process for complaint registration, and resolution. Lastly, we aim to improve daily activities by gaining a clearer view of our current workload and future sales opportunities.
